Morris Adjmi’s new rental building in the Flatiron District has now unveiled a registration site, a prelude to the leasing office’s planned opening this fall. Situated at 7 West 21st Street, the 18-story building is steadily underway and now boasts a gorgeous terra cotta façade. Boston Valley Terra Cotta and Façade Technology worked with MA Architects to construct the large terra cotta units that frame the building's windows. The project will need roughly 4,000 individual terra cotta segments, with widths ranging from 16- to 24-inches.

The building rises in two separate towers with a base featuring a stone façade, and the towers are connected through a shared second-floor courtyard. The building has frontages on both West 21st and West 22nd Streets. Its base will have 8,000 square feet of retail space, and will also hold the through-block residential lobby.
7 West 21st Street will feature 289 no fee residences ranging from studio to three-bedroom layouts. Prices for the units will start from $4,000/month. Beneath the building will sit a 200-car underground parking garage. Completion for the development is slated for 2017.
