A funky, ground-up boutique condo is underway at the boundary of Prospect Heights and Crown Heights. The four-story building at 953 Pacific Street replaces a vacant lot that once held a three-story house, razed in 2008. Infinity Properties are the developers of the three-unit, 4,000 square-foot project. Its residences will be designed by Flushing-based Suresh Manchanda, and are estimated to measure 1,200 square feet each.

953 Pacific is one of many new developments in Crown Heights. Next door at 951 Pacific Street is R-951 Residence, a new energy-efficient condominium. Also under construction in the neighborhood are several Hello Living buildings; Hello Austin, Hello Dakota, and Hello Madison.
