The building is located at the intersection of Park Slope, Boerum Hill and Gowanus. Within walking distance is Prospect Park, Barclays Center, and the Atlantic Terminal shopping and transportation hub which offers access to numerous subways and the Long Island Railroad. According to the developers website, the project includes 11 residential units and a pair of retail units on the ground floor.
