Construction is slated to begin in early 2017 on twin seven-story buildings connected by adjoining courtyard. The structures, which will likely be rentals, will occupy either side of the lot situated between Ninth and Tenth avenues, between 53rd and 54th streets in Midtown West.

According to the developer Emmut Properties, amenities will include a resident courtyard connecting the two buildings, a roof deck, cutting edge laundry facilities, and a fitness center.
