Ranger Properties is bringing micro-living to Long Island City with its new condominium building at 37-10 Crescent Street. The 60,000 square foot building, dubbed The Lanes, will top out at 6 stories, with a height of 70 feet. Fogarty Finger, the architect for the project, released renderings that depict a modern, lightweight cement board rainscreen exterior with exposed fasteners and a dynamic rhythm of window openings. The micro development is the second of its kind in the city, following Carmel Place at 335 East 37th Street in Kips Bay, which features only studio apartments.
