Though Donald Trump's hotels have recently opted for a name change, sales at the contentious candidate’s 11 Manhattan condos were still selling at a premium in July. An influx of luxury towers along Billionaires’ Row may account for the Trump factor losing some of its mojo compared to five years ago, but it's hard to say whether or not anti-trump sentiment is having an effect. The listings below have been price-chopped, but you may not want to judge a tower–or a condo in it–by its Trump.

Trump World Tower, 845 United Nations Plaza, #7A

3 beds, 3 baths

$4,600,000

Price Reduced October 21, 2016

Earlier this year the Department of Finance’s preliminary tax rolls showed Trump World Tower to be most valuable condo building in New York City. We haven't had an update recently, but even with a 2.1% price trim, this three-bedroom unit rings in at $2,328 per square foot. The apartment spans nearly 2,000 square feet, has been renovated, and has 10 foot ceilings and offers views of the UN Plaza and the East River. The top-ticket Trump property offers the usual head-spinning array of amenities that range from a 5,000 square-foot health club and spa with a lap pool to a private wine cellar. What's more, they'll throw in the furniture if you're interested.

Trump Palace, 200 East 69th Street, #36B

3 beds, 3 baths

$4,995,000

Price reduced October 15, 2016

Liberal pundit Keith Olbermann made headlines when he listed his Trump Palace condo for $3.9 million in April, then sold it at a loss in July, relieved that he “got out with 90% of my money and 100% of my soul!” We don't know what's motivating the sellers of this sprawling high floor unit, but a price chop of almost 4% sweetens the deal on an already impressive property. Views of the city, rivers and Central Park are non-stop from every direction including the balcony, ceilings are high and closets abound. Amenities at this East Side aerie include an attended garage, a fitness center and a private residents' garden.

Trump International, 1 Central Park West, #33F

1 bed, 2 baths

$2,795,000

Price reduced September 22, 2016

A whopping 24% price slash might make you sit up and take note of this convertible two-bedroom condo with an equally impressive Central Park West address. The home's interiors were designed by a "protégé of the famous designer David Hicks," and it's available furnished with Art Deco and Lalique furniture from Paris. Residents also get to enjoy hotel amenities like a spa, lap pool, catering and maid service.

Trump Tower, 721 Fifth Avenue, #37D

1 bed, 1.5 baths

$2,997,500

Price reduced October 11, 2016

Both this high-floor unit and its next-door neighbor got a 7.8% price chop, making the combined pair an even better opportunity to own a Fifth Avenue mega-pad at the flagship Trump property. The Republican candidate's campaign HQ resides here, as does the Donald himself, in the penthouse. So there's that. But you can be assured that panoramic views of Central Park and the city are part of the picture, as are marble bathrooms, state-of-the-art appliances and endless amenities.

Trump Place, 120 Riverside Boulevard, #6H

1 bed, 1 bath

$1,099,000

Price reduced October 19, 2016

"Can't be beat and priced to sell," says the listing for this spacious, well-maintained one-bedroom condo with sweeping river views. A 4.4% discount certainly helps; perks at the amenity-packed Upper West Side building don't hurt either: A state-of-the-art fitness center, an indoor pool, steam and sauna facilities, a rooftop terrace lounge with Hudson River views and Riverside Park across the street are just a few of them.

Trump Soho, 246 Spring Street, #2608

Studio, 1 bath

$799,000

Price reduced August 18, 2016

The listing tells us that "Motivated sellers will entertain all reasonable offers" on this petite 474 square-foot Soho studio in the storied Trump building with a "new perspective on luxury hospitality." You'll definitely be treated like a billionaire despite the most recent discount of 8.2% at the Handel Architects-designed glass tower–or utilize the option of allowing the hotel to rent it out to fatten your own bottom line.
