A new seven-story rental residence recently debuted in Bedford-Stuyvesant at the intersection of Lexington and Tompkins Avenue, just one block south of the neighborhood's Herbert Von King Park and five blocks from the G train at the Bedford-Nostrand Ave station. The 33-unit rental holds a 420 Lexington Avenue address and permits list the Iconic Group as the owner of the site and ND Architecture and Design as the architect of record.

Leasing kicked off earlier this year and current listings show two-bedroom units are available and priced from $2,581/month. Brooklyn-based firm EXR is handling leasing and the no-fee listings offer six weeks of free rent.

Interiors offer solitude with a minimalist, yet sleek design. Apartments have large windows, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and both recessed and hanging light fixtures. Open kitchens have granite counters and top-of-the line stainless steel appliances, including Paykel refrigerators and Blomberg stoves and dishwashers. Apartments have climate control and many have in-unit washers/dryers. Bathrooms are grand, with mahogany cabinets, large soaking tubs and large granite tiles.
