Leasing has started on market-rate apartments as well. Two-bedrooms start at $2,430/month, and three-bedrooms start at $3,090/month. All prices are net effective, indicating a rent concession and putting them near the Bushwick average rent of $2,499/month for two-bedrooms and $2,540/month for three-bedrooms.
All apartments have private balconies, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and oversized closets. Custom Italian kitchens are equipped with matching cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. 16 Charles Place welcomes pets, and amenities include a lounge, laundry room, fitness center, and roof deck. There is a surface parking lot with 20 spaces.
