One-bedrooms are priced between $2,400 and $2,600 per month and two-bedrooms are between $3,290 and $3,800 per month.

Duplexes are also available, as are units with private outdoor space.

The building has a part-time doorman, and amenities including a resident's lounge and a furnished roof deck with an oversized chess set that also great views of the Manhattan skyline. There is a game room with a pool table and ping pong, and access to a state-of-the-art fitness center is included with no additional cost. It has an on-site laundry room, a bike room, and on-site parking for an additional fee.
