At the building's summit is a lush communal roof terrace designed by James Corner Field Operations, the landscape designers of the High Line, with Manhattan-facing waterfront views. Several transit options are nearby, including the F, C and E subway lines within a few blocks, but the most impressive route is certainly the Brooklyn Bridge.
