Rental Bargains: Manhattan Apartments Under $3,000/mo. with Price Reductions

In the Manhattan rental market, a price reduction should not necessarily be interpreted as a red flag. Rather, they are most often implemented to adjust for a price that might have been too high in the first place. Moreover, as tempting as rent concessions may be, a reasonable sticker price could be more effective at attracting and keeping tenants. The following rental listings all over Manhattan have recently experienced price reductions that brought them below $3,000/month.
