Related Rentals has now released images of a suite of next-level amenities set to debut at One Hudson Yards. The 178-unit luxury building features design by the critically acclaimed Andre Kikoski, who conceptualized both the interiors and the amenity spaces.
Now 95% leased following a leasing launch last year, there are currently two one-bedroom availabilities in the building, for $4,889/month and $5,600/month.

Activity-oriented, the amenity spaces include a basketball court, a “funky” bowling alley complete with a neon handwritten quote, fittingly, from The Big Lebowski, and a game lounge with a pool table, foosball, and shuffle board. A suite of swimming pools includes an 82-foot pool, a plunge pool, a salt pool, and a hot tub. Plus, tenants will have access to a fitness center curated by Equinox in Abington House, the 33-story rental building by Related.

Interiors are defined by soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and ample closet space. Luxury baths feature imported Brazilian quartzite finishes, custom vanities, and marble floors.
