Many apartments look directly toward Liberty State Park, New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, and the Manhattan skyline, while select homes have private balconies or terraces. Net-effective rents start in the $2,200s, with opening incentives of up to two months free on 13-22 month leases and four months free on leases of 23 months or longer.
The amenity package is particularly extensive. Outdoor spaces include a rooftop pool and lounge, grilling stations, landscaped gardens, and a water garden overlooking New York Harbor.
