New renters can also lock-in a 12-month rate with two-year leases. Located in the Yorkville neighborhood, the building is managed by Rose Associates and current availabilities include a one-bedroom for $3,550/month (23A), a two-bedroom for $4,062/month (21F), and another two-bedroom for $4,430/month (20E). Apartment 23A has an open kitchen and the bedroom has a large walk-in closet. Apartment 21F is a corner 2-bed/2-bath with a windowed kitchen and master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and Apartment 20E has floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room offering southern skyline views. All feature in-unit washers/dryers, granite kitchen counters and stainless steel appliances.
The pet-friendly modern high-rise building has a 24-hour doorman, concierge, fitness center with a jacuzzi steam room, sauna and lockers, a resident lounge with big screen TV, and a 34th-floor landscaped roof deck.
