"This very attractive, 32-story rental apartment tower at 408 East 92nd Street on the southeast corner at First Avenue was erected by Madison Equities and the John Buck Company and they also built the adjacent, 15-story, 226-key Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at 410 East 92nd Street.

The building, which was designed by SLCE, has 196 apartments, 20 percent of which are reserved for low-income tenants having no more than 80 percent of the area's median income. The site was formerly a gas station." Read Carter's Full Review
