Related is now offering a special set of concessions at another Upper East Side property, The Strathmore at 400 East 84th Street. Built in 1996, the 43-story tower stands between First and York Avenues and features 180 thoughtfully designed no fee residences. Costas Kondylis designed the tower to feature many corner bay windows that maximize gorgeous views of the city.
There are currently five apartments for rent: two 1-bedroom units starting from $4,165/month and three 3-bedroom units starting from $10,610/month. Related is now offering complimentary access to the tower’s amenity package for new three- and four-bedroom leases. Residents who sign up for automatic rent withdrawal will also benefit from a waived security deposit.

Inside, residences feature gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, Euro-style cabinetry, and porcelain sinks. Select include windowed or eat-in kitchens and triple exposures. Residences also include marble bathrooms with oversized tubs and customized closet space.
Amenities at The Strathmore include a children’s playroom, an entertainment lounge, a garden, a health and fitness club, a swimming pool, and a squash court. The tower also includes a 24-hour attended lobby, a full service garage, and a pet-friendly policy.
Situated in Yorkville, The Strathmore offers residents a gorgeous Upper East Side neighborhood. The tower stands in close proximity to Carl Schurz Park, as well as the 4/5/6 subway lines.
