Built in 1996, the 43-story tower stands between First and York Avenues and features 180 thoughtfully designed no fee residences. Costas Kondylis designed the tower to feature many corner bay windows that maximize gorgeous views of the city.

Amenities at The Strathmore include a children’s playroom, an entertainment lounge, a garden, a health and fitness club, a swimming pool, and a squash court. The tower also includes a 24-hour attended lobby, a full service garage, and a pet-friendly policy.
Situated in Yorkville, The Strathmore offers residents a gorgeous Upper East Side neighborhood. The tower stands in close proximity to Carl Schurz Park, as well as the 4/5/6 subway lines.
