Fifth Avenue Tower, 445 Fifth Avenue

Condo located in Murray Hill, between East 40th Street & East 39th Street

Comment About the Building

Architecture is nothing special, looks like an office tower. In fact, the first 10 floors is office space. The building has a very nice lobby, very nice doormen and a great super. There is no healthclub. Access to subways is easy, close to the BDFV line, 7 line and near enough to Grand Cental to walk. The area around the building is mostly office towers, with residential towers being developed - some office to condo conversions. Their are delis, shops and restaurants nearby. Close to Bryant Park and the NY Public Library.

More Comments About the Building

"425 Fifth Avenue is a massive sky scraper located on Fifth Avenue between 38th and 39th Streets. The tower is mixed use with retail space, extended-stay residences, and luxurious condominiums. The tower is 56 stories (600 feet) and the facade is a mix of alternating limestone and brick. The building was developed by RFR Holdings and designed by famed architect Miachel Graves. The building has a tall, slender look to it and stands out in the skyline because of its height and positioning in south-midtown Manhattan."
