There is nothing like the character of a pre-war building. This once commercial building is now a residential co-op. The Board has approved the process of updating the common hallway areas with new carpeting and painted walls. The lobby area is all marble with a small waiting area. The laundry room is towards the back of the lobby past the mailroom. They were very co-operative and approved my Buyer without delay. With the hustle and bustle of Midtown combined with a Madison Avenue address you are surrounded by a variety of shops and dining. The Murray Hill Plaza is centally located to transportation on 34th Street and 42nd Street.
