It`s like living in a Hotel. All the amenities are Hotel services. valet, garage, pool, gym,pool, DM, concierge,sun deck, children`s room,laundry room Your standard Condo Board; not an intrusive Board Pkg. Murray Hill, loc at 37th & FDR; you can walk to 33rd & Park for the Lex Line or go to 42nd & Lex. Rest. along the 3rd Ave corridor. There`s a fairly decent take-out place on 38th St & First Ave; also a quiet park area in this location. I would say a pretty much prvt loc.
