75 Kenmare Street

Condo located in NoLiTa/Little Italy, between Mott Street & Mulberry Street

Description of 75 Kenmare Street

75 Kenmare is a curated collection of one- to four-bedroom residences in the thriving NoLita neighborhood of lower Manhattan. Through the collective visions of Lenny Kravitz's design firm, Kravitz Design, architect Andre Kikoski and developer DHA Capital, the boutique condo building introduces the new look of luxury in heart of downtown Manhattan.   Apartments have open layouts with white oak floors, oversized windows, and a concealed laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Kitchens equipped with Gaggenau appliances and feature a marble island with a custom oak bar top, marble backsplash, matte-white cabinetry and an integrated oak paneled refrigerator. En-suite master baths have a freestanding Devon& Devon tub and a frameless glass-enclosed shower encased with sumptuous materials such as French Vanilla marble and titanium Travertine walls.   An array of amenities are offered including a 24-hour attended lobby, landscaped courtyard, rooftop terrace, state-of-the-art fitness center, and underground automated parking garage. All of this in the heart of NoLita, a uniquely enigmatic and artistically charged neighborhood perched at the intersection of four distinct cultural epicenters: SoHo, NoHo, the Lower East Side, and Little Italy.   Nolita and SoHo shopping is legendary, of course, and restaurants that provide respite from all the shopping include Jack’s Wife Freda, La Esquina and classics from Balthazar to Cafe Habana. The Bowery Ballroom is blocks away for music, as is The New Museum for the latest in art.
