Kate Moss’s former Greenwich Village home at 112 Waverly Place–an 1,800 square-foot triplex carriage house with a bi-level garden–is on the rental market for $19,000 a month. Inside, you’ll find 25-foot ceilings, exposed brick and other 1800s-era details (CurbedNY).

Retired hockey player and former New York Ranger Eric Lindros recently listed his 2,191 square-foot three-bedroom condo at 1 Morton Square for $6.75 million.
