"This handsome, Italian Renaissance-palazzo-style apartment building was erected in 1924 and converted to a cooperative in 1989. The 16-story building has 119 apartments.

It is very close to Riverside Park and an express subway station is nearby at Broadway. This neighborhood has good shopping and is not far from the bustling Lincoln Center district to the south." Read Carter's Full Review
