TRS Studio Architecture PLLC, with principal Caterina Roiatti, designed the conversion, while John Hummel & Associates handled interior renovations. The five story building sits on a historic cobblestone street in the SoHo Cast Iron Historic District and is one of the few full service doorman buildings in the neighborhood. Amenities include a full time doorman, superintendent (weekdays), private storage units, and a landscaped common roof terrace.
