"The attractive, 14-story building at 77 Charlton Street between Varick and Hudson Street in SoHo/Hudson Square area was developed in 2020 by Toll Brothers City Living, whose other projects in the city include 400 Park Avenue South in Midtown South and the Pierhouse in Brooklyn Heights.  It has a 161 condominium apartments. 

The two-tower development, which is also known as 82 King Street, was designed by S9 Architecture & Engineering. " Read Carter's Full Review
