Condo located in SoHo, between Spring Street & Prince Street
Comment About the Building
These are all half-floor lofts that were developed by Tony Goldman, a
SoHo based developer. It was a three part project called "The Lofts of
Greene Street" that is made up of 103, 107, 109, and 111 Greene
Street. All of the lofts are made with the finest finishes, gas fireplaces,
open kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances, and high ceilings. They
also have some of the largest walk-in closets that I have ever seem in
any building - uptown or downtown.
SoHo is the Madison Avenue district of downtown and is home to
numerous celebrities, financiers, and artists. Louis Vuitton, Joseph,
and Armani Casa are on the block of 109 Greene Street. There are a
number of fantastic restaurants within walking distance, such as
Balthazar, Cirpriani Downtown, Raoul`s, and Blue Ribbon. The closest
subways are the 6 (Spring Street), the N/R (Prince Street), and the
C/E (Prince Street.)
Full-time doorman, concierge, and superindendant.
The building is still managed by Tony Goldman - whose office is across
the street for the building. One one board package needs to be
submitted on re-sales with no letters of reference, but financial
information is required. There is a condo association of owners who
give the "right of first refusal" waiver, but they never get a board
package to review and the information of prospective purchasers
remains private.
