Carter’s Review

"This 11-story, mid-block, TriBeCa building at 354 Broadway between Leonard and Franklin Streets was erected in 1900 and converted to 12 condominium apartments in 1999 by TriBeCa Broadway Associates of Manhattan.

According to a August 28, 1998 article by Rachelle Garbarine in The New York Times the conversion added six floors to a five-story building to create 10 full-floor units and two apartments, all with a terrace or a balcony or both. "
