"Sensational building. They recently re-did the fitness center on the top floor which has great views of the city (it`s on 48th floor). The builing has two roof decks to lay out and hang out on. It also has a party room that you can rent out for $500 and it`s got everything from a stereo, to tables and chairs, a kitchen and a fireplace. It`s very nice.
Easy condo board but they make it difficult if you want to build a wall in the unit.
Not too far from the 4,5,6 train at 86th and close to the 6 train on 96th and Lex."
"Well run building, with excellent super and concierge staff. Short walk from 6 train at 96th st. Lots of amenities:
HC, children's playroom, rentable guest suites, awesome views from many apts, recreation room, 2 common outdoor decks on 47th fl, and a roof-top sunning deck.
Unfortunately, currently caught in the mess and noise of the 2nd ave subway project.

Building is good condition. There is a great outdoor courtyard in front of the building. The neighborhood was fine as long as you didn`t go any further east. Short walk to express train line.
