The building has full service, a live-in super, manager, large staff. There is a good gym, built by the tenants as a private club, with a membership fee requirement. If a tenant is a member, that membership is attached to the apartment. Lobbys are elegant-Elevator men are po9lite, as are doormen. A group of rational people who judge each applicant individually. Subway on the corner, buses in four directions at the corners. Lots of good resturants in the area - from Pizzeria UNO, Ray`s, etc to Nice Matin- etc.Shopping- for food is a short walk to FAIRWAY- other good food stores,Clothing, and all services.
