"Layouts are not for everybody. Floor plans tend to be very angular, hexagonally shaped living rooms with 9`3" ceilings. Original finishes are a little dated, but nice. Some lines have great views. Apartments start on the 28th floor. Building has great resale value and is highly desirable because of its location and prices compared to neighborhood. Larger units are on higher floors."
