The northern tower, closest to the East River and Domino Park, houses 160 one- to three-bedroom condos starting at $1.85M. The amenities of One Domino Square span over 45,000 square feet across five floors, and nearly all are enhanced by river views. A well-equipped fitness center includes a riverfront yoga studio. An indoor pool features lap lanes and seating areas, as well as a spa area with hot tub, cold plunge, steam room, sauna, and treatment rooms.

The Club Level houses a game room, solarium, remote work space, and private dining and party rooms. Outdoor amenities include a sun deck with outdoor terrace and a dining terrace with outdoor kitchen and Manhattan skyline views.

One Domino Square is one block from Domino Park and close to popular Williamsburg restaurants, cafes, retail, and nightlife. The South Williamsburg ferry is six blocks away.

The project, which features two towers and 160 condo units, is about 20% sold, with unlisted penthouses expected to hit the market soon. Williamsburg’s home prices continue to rise, with a median price of $1.3 million in Q2 2024, reflecting a 22% annual increase.
