In December 2025, One Domino Square reached 100 contracts signed. The development on the transformed Domino Sugar Refinery site on the Williamsburg waterfront is Brooklyn's best-selling building of 2025, and has averaged approximately 5.5 deals per month over the past 18 months.

The project, which features two towers and 160 condo units, is about 20% sold, with unlisted penthouses expected to hit the market soon. Williamsburg’s home prices continue to rise, with a median price of $1.3 million in Q2 2024, reflecting a 22% annual increase.
