"The Time Warner Center is at the top with their prime location. Every thing about this building is an elevated feeling of success. Though you are sitting on top of a shopping mall, at least it is an upscale one. The private entrance on West 58th takes the edge off the commercial car and people traffic in the circle. Fine finishes and often dramatic layouts."
