Pets are welcome, and the building has an on-site pet spa.

This development is the second phase of a successful collaboration between RXR and LIU, following the nearby Willoughby residential tower, which debuted in 2021 with 476 units, academic facilities, an athletic field, and parking for 564 vehicles.

Conveniently located near the Dekalb Avenue subway station, Eighty Nine Dekalb provides easy access to the B, Q, and R trains. It is also located in close proximity to Fort Greene Park, Brooklyn Academy of Music, City Point retail, and Trader Joe's.
