Strategic Capital completed this two building condominium complex in Jersey City's Newport district in 2019, one block from the Hudson River and waterfront park. The development consists of a 37 story tower at 75 Park Lane with 358 residences and an adjacent 7 story building at 2 Shore Drive, known as Shore House, with 71 units. Wood Bagot, the architecture firm behind Manhattan's Baccarat tower, designed both buildings with large angled upwards entrance marquees and a complex, rigorous fenestration pattern. The amenity package is extensive and includes a 25 meter swimming pool with teak spa, a sky lounge with landscaping and fireplace, wine tasting lounge with private dining room, fitness center, golf simulator and outdoor putting green, and a Moby Dick inspired children's play area. The buildings also offer a doorman, concierge, live-in superintendent, working and conference area, game room, garden, and parking. Interior finishes differ between the two buildings. Residences at 75 Park Lane feature Madreperola Quartzite kitchen countertops with waterfall islands, walnut millwork trimmed in stain nickel, and master baths clad in Arctic white marble with gold Kohler and Duravit fixtures. Shore House units have smoke grey painted oak millwork trimmed in Venetian bronze in the kitchens, while master baths include White Begonia stone surrounds and walnut vanities topped with Glacier White Quartz. A typical two bedroom unit at 75 Park Lane, such as apartment 806, offers 1,325 square feet with a 19 foot long living/dining room.
