Carter’s Review

"This 19-story apartment building is just half a block away from Sotheby's, the auction house, on York Avenue. Since this building was erected in 1962, the area has undergone considerable redevelopment with many new luxury high-rise towers that have led to a substantial gentrification of the neighborhood. The attractive building has 188 apartments, most with large picture windows, and was converted to a cooperative in 1984. The white-brick building has a handsome lobby and canopied entrance with doorman and concierge desk. The area has many excellent restaurants and good neighborhood shopping and is also close to the hospitals along York Avenue."
