Carter’s Review

"This 39-story, 197-unit condominium tower has a rather quirky charm to it.

Its thin frontage on the avenue almost qualifies the building as a "sliver," but its massing is visually a bit deceptive as the top third or so of its tower is chamfered at its north corner on the avenue while its column of balconies on the avenue façade changes from the top to the lower third. The building has a low-rise wing on the sidestreet."
