East End Avenue conversion

Plans have been recently submitted to the New York State Attorney General's Office to convert the five-story building at 48-50 East End Avenue to residential condominiums.

The East River House Condominium LLC is the sponsor of which Ronald Tausend is a principal.

The total purchase price of the offering is $5,900,000 as amended August 15, 2005.

The mid-block, walk-up building has four apartments on each floor.

The asking price for a 370-square-foot unit on the second floor has a price of $182,400 with an average monthly carrying cost of about $428.
