A two-bedroom, two-bath unit on the first floor with 1,252 square feet is priced at $795,000 and a two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse apartment with 1,213 square feet is priced at $880,000 and a two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse unit with 1,238 square feet is priced at $835,000.
