A site at the intersection of Grand Street and Havemeyer Street in Williamsburg will soon be transformed into a new mixed-use structure and the first renderings of the project have been revealed by StudiosC. The image for the adaptive re-use project recently appeared on the firm's Instagram profile and show a dynamic façade with what appears to be part of the original brick structure previously at the site.

Permits filed for 307 Grand Street by a developer listed as Grand Metro LLC were approved for a four-floor building with commercial space and six dwelling units. The commercial space includes 3,130 square feet while the residences will be spread over 4,645 square feet. According to the StudiosC project page, the anticipated completion date is early 2019.
