77 Greenwich Street Readies for Sales Launch, See New Renderings, Photos and Details

The new building at 77 Greenwich Street is only four stories out of the ground, but Trinity Place Holdings is already working hard to generate excitement for a spring sales launch: A teaser site has recently launched with new images, and more details about the latest addition to the Lower Manhattan skyline have come to light.

The foundation of the 38-story building is complete, and the superstructure concrete is well underway. Upon completion, the tower will have a cast stone base, a pleated curtain glass wall, and three gracefully stepped cantilevers in a design by FXCollaborative. In addition to 90 new housing units, the structure will seamlessly incorporate the restored Robert and Anne Dickey House, a landmarked Federalist-era row house, into a new 476-seat elementary school.

The one- through four-bedroom residences will start 150 feet above street level to fill each home with incredible natural light and views. Interiors by AD100 firm Deborah Berke Partners will feature natural materials and expert craftsmanship. An impressive amenity package is expected to include a penthouse-level club, residents lounge, private dining room with catering kitchen, double-height fitness center, children’s playroom, rooftop garden, and ninth-floor terrace with pergolas, dining area, and dog run.

Prices are not yet listed, and a sellout was not included with the offering plan submitted to the New York Attorney General’s office. However, some nearby buildings could offer an indication: One block away at the recently completed 50 West, closings have averaged $1,994 per square foot.
