Sales are underway at The 101, a new condominium located on the junction of the East Village and theLower East Side at 101 East 2nd Street. A number of units have already entered contract, and remaining availabilities start at $785K for studios, $1.185 million for one-bedrooms, and $1.975 million for two-bedrooms. A duplex penthouse with a private balcony, a private terrace, and a private rooftop with built-in grill and wet bar is also available for $2.85 million.
After a string of residential developments throughout Brooklyn and Long Island City, Rybak Development looked to Manhattan with The 101 in the East Village. Renderings of the design by Zproekt, which Rybak partnered with for The Manor in Yorkville and VECTOR in Sheepshead Bay, show a two-wing, seven-story building with a charcoal-gray masonry facade and metal-framed windows. The stylish facade is underscored by spray foam insulation that seals against air movement and reduces energy costs. Construction topped out in fall 2020.
