There were 261 Manhattan apartment sales recorded last week amounting to $464,766,998. There were 124 condo sales with a median closing price of $1.79M ($1,448/ft2). There were 136 co-op closings with a median price of $776,250. According to CityRealty data (see below), this March has the highest number of transactions since October 2019, and the highest aggregate total since March 2020.

This extends the streak of 30 or more luxury contracts to eight weeks, which hasn't been seen since Olshan Realty started keeping track in 2006. The aggregate total of the past week's contracts was $344,844,500.
