Aman New York Residences Aman New York Residences
As last week's top sales were being published, news broke that a full-floor apartment at Aman New York Residences sold for $61,578,785. It would have taken something significant to dethrone it from its almost certain status as the top sale for the week ending February 9, 2024, and indeed, nothing did.
The Aman New York Residences apartment had the top sale by an extremely comfortable margin: The second-highest sale, Residence #8A at Sky Lofts, sold for $12,750,000 in what appears to have been an off-market deal. It has four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and 3,908 interior square feet. Public records indicate that it last sold for $10,250,000 in September 2016.
