Just over a month after sales launched at the Rafael Vinoly-designed 125 Greenwich Street, new renderings have been revealed. Developer Bizzi & Partners provided images of a 72-story, 912-foot-tall building with rounded glass corners and ribbons of concrete running along the northern and southern sides of the crown for a structure that will make an impression on the downtown skyline.
In addition to a new look at the building itself, images and floor plans of the interiors have been released to give an enticing look at the 273 units. Designs by March & White reveal spacious interiors with high ceilings and column-free layouts. While palatial two- and three-bedrooms have gotten much of the glory, the new renderings reveal units smaller in square footage but no less in terms of style and views. All studios are located above the 61st floor, and buyers have their choice of exposures and correspondingly sweeping city views; prices start at $1.275 million. One-bedroom homes, which start at $1.995 million, include traditional layouts as well as duplex lofts.
As amazing as the views from the apartments promise to be, they will be even more spectacular as seen from the 15,000 square feet of amenity space on the top three floors of the building. Residents can enjoy them from a private dining room, fitness center and yoga studio, and 50-foot infinity pool. 125 Greenwich is a short walk away from downtown offices and transportation to all over the city. The nearby Oculus also offers a multitude of shopping and dining options along with subway and PATH service.
