In a review based on an early rendering, architecture critic Carter Horsley took note of its distinctive black framing, zig-zag pattern, and flaring notches. A more recent site visit shows that construction on the southern wing is nearly complete and that the corner tower on Lexington Avenue and 23rd Street is being wrapped in a glass facade.

Remaining listings start at $1.655 million for one-bedrooms, $2.915 million for two-bedrooms, and $4.635 million for three-bedrooms. These prices are right in line with the Gramercy Park median price of $1.548 million for one-bedrooms, $2.9 million for two-bedrooms, and $4.57 million for three-bedrooms, according to CityRealty's findings.
