In the latest example of a changing and gentrifying Prospect Lefferts Gardens’ an eight-story luxury rental is wedging into the site of 733 Rogers Avenue, between Linden Boulevard and Lenox Road.. Images on Promont’s Instagram show that construction has topped out on the 8-floor, 16-unit apartment building. Floor plans show there will be two apartments per floor, and renderings released by the building's designers, Zambrano Architectural Design show that select units will have private balconies. Completion is expected later this year.

Amenities are to include a bike room and roof deck. The project is in close proximity to Prospect Park, the Kings County Hospital Center, and SUNY Downstate Medical Center. The shops of Church Avenue and Flatbush Avenue are also nearby. The area is served by the 2 and 5 train's Winthrop Street and Church Avenue subway stations.
