Rendering of 100 Union Avenue via Camber Property Group Rendering of 100 Union Avenue via Camber Property Group
Here’s the first published rendering of a 34-unit rental development coming to 100 Union Avenue in the Broadway Triangle area of East Williamsburg. The developer is Midtown-based Camber Property Group who picked up the lot for $10.5 million last November according to city records. Per The Real Deal, the purchase was the third time the lot traded hands in two years. It was acquired by Slate Property Group in 2015 for $5.8M and sold just five months later to Eric Moran’s RD Management for $7 million
Approved building permits show that the building will rise 6 floors, have 17 parking spaces, ground-floor retail, and a recreation space on the roof. The prolific Aufgang Architects are the building's designers. Floor plans posted by developer show the apartments will be a mix of modestly-sized studios, one-, two- and three-bedrooms. Across Middleton Street, Slate Property Group and Adam America are finishing construction on a 96-unit rental at 120 Union Avenue.
