BK Developers’ new Williamsburg condo at 220-222 Withers Street has started sales. The first listing of its 12 apartments came online earlier this week and is a 679-SF one-bedroom priced at $849K ($1,250 a foot). More details are to be released in the coming days.
According to the building’s marketers, The InHouse Group, prices will begin at $799K. Each of the loft-inspired homes will feature 12-foot ceilings, large windows, and private outdoor spaces.
