As 67 Livingston Street prepares for a spring sales launch, more details about the 21 full-floor apartments and duplex penthouse have been revealed. An early April site visit showed that the previous windows have been removed to be replaced with new ones, all the better to enjoy panoramic views of lower Manhattan, the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, and the East River. The two- through four-bedroom units will range from 1,700 to over 3,400 square feet and feature direct elevator access and private outdoor space.

Silverback Development has recruited quite a team for the transformation of a former Art Institute of New York City dormitory into the tallest condominium in Brooklyn Heights: HTO Architects is overseeing the renovation of the facade and layouts, and the resulting building will feature an ultra-thin design rising high above Brooklyn Heights’ traditional brownstones and tree-lined streets. Interiors will be designed by Cetra Ruddy, which will also curate a model residence. Construction completion is anticipated for summer 2018.

An offering plan filed with the city projects a $68.595 million sellout. This comes to an average price of $3.118 million, well above the Brooklyn Heights median of $2.1 million for a two-bedroom condo (per CityRealty data). The neighborhood's current closing average is $1,364 per square foot.
