The new 33-story condominium known as The Vandewater at 543 West 122nd Street in Morningside Heights has launched sales. The 183-unit luxury residence was developed by Savanna and its exterior was crafted by INC Architecture & Design, the firm behind the interiors at the new Gramercy condo building at 121 East 22nd Street. According to a press release, there are “virtually no obstructions past the 20th floor” offering residents expansive views extending to the Hudson River, George Washington Bridge and downtown Manhattan skyline. Homes are available in studio to four-bedroom layouts priced from $920 thousand to $6 million.

The residences are available in a variety of layouts and select units have private terraces with views of Manhattan, Central Park and the Hudson River.
