And no surprise there – the building, according to our latest CityRealty 100 report, is New York City's best-selling building based on average price per square foot of apartments sold between April 1, 2017 and March 31, 2018. Last year, it was also named the city's most expensive condo, proving that despite its 10-year age, it still beats newcomers like 432 Park Avenue.
Unit 11B, a 3,478-square foot, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home, sold for $22.5M, down from the $25.5M original asking price earlier this year. It boasts a completely new layout and design, courtesy of architect Paul Gleicher, and 47 feet of Central Park footage.
A nearly 6,000-square-foot penthouse at the new Lincoln Center condo, One West End, came in at number 2 with an $18 million closing price, also down from its original ask, $21M, from 2016.
